Look at it in a different way.Like Harrods, the employer prefer a middle eastern applicant (or who ever that can converse in arabic) due to the market demand.
This company (that placed the advert) maybe cater to a large chinese market,and therefore needed a chinese person who can obviously function well at this kind of work. Well, itu opinion saya laa...and nak mengelak kan daripada panas hati membuta tuli dek salah sangka kan?
